Return and Withdrawal Policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with Smoking Spirit products. If the ordered goods do not meet your expectations, in accordance with the Google Merchant Center guidelines and the applicable Hungarian legislation (as well as our General Terms and Conditions), we provide the possibility of return under the following conditions.
1. Return time frame (45-day withdrawal right)
In addition to the 14-day withdrawal right provided by law, we have voluntarily extended the withdrawal period. You may withdraw from the purchase without justification and return the product within 45 days of receiving it.
2. The return process (Step by step)

Indicate your intent to withdraw: To start the process, please fill out our online withdrawal form created for this purpose, which is available at the following link:
https://smokingspirit.hu/pages/online-elallasi-urlap - Package the product: Please carefully and securely package the item you wish to return, if possible in its original packaging, together with all accessories and documentation.

Important: We are unable to accept packages sent as cash on delivery!
3. Product condition and depreciation
The returned product must be new and in the same condition as the original in order for us to refund the full purchase price. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the item has been used excessively, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount for depreciation from the refund amount.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products with sealed packaging that have been opened for hygiene reasons, or for goods produced individually (customized) at the customer's express request.
4. Costs and fees
- Shipping cost of return: The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer (consumer). (An exception to this is if the product arrived defective; in such cases, we cover the shipping cost as part of the warranty procedure).
- Restocking fee: Our webshop does not charge any restocking or handling fee for returned products.
5. Refund process and deadline
Following receipt of the withdrawal statement (form) and the returned product, or receipt of a document confirming the return, we will process the return without delay, but no later than within 14 days, and refund the full amount you paid (including the original delivery cost, provided it was the least expensive standard shipping method).
The refund will always be made using the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different payment method (in which case you will not incur any additional costs as a result).
